For more than 25 years, I've helped women lead in ways that fit who they are—not who they think they're supposed to be. I help women understand their personality, honor their capacity, and build influence without adding "just one more thing" to an already full calendar. My passion is helping women lead with confidence, clarity, and sustainability so they can make a meaningful impact without running on empty. Because great leadership isn't about doing it all—it's about leading from who you are, not from who you think you should be.
I'm also the mom of six amazing kids—three girls and three boys—which means life is rarely quiet and never boring. They're the reason I laugh every day, the reason I color my hair, and my greatest reminder that leadership starts at home.
Whether I'm coaching leaders or raising my family, I've learned that thriving requires knowing who you are, understanding your limits, and having the wisdom to say both "no" and "absolutely yes." I love helping other women discover that same freedom and lead with confidence in every season.
